Cancellation policy for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity.
General right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days (14 days) without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day,
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NP Media GmbH, Kurfürstenstraße 5, 80799 Munich, e-mail address: [email protected] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.
How can I return an item?
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect, unworn and undamaged original condition including hangtags and labels.
Please remember that a lot of love and work goes into every product. Therefore, please be especially careful when trying on the clothes with regard to make-up stains or other possible soiling. Should the goods show stains or other damage upon return, we unfortunately cannot accept the goods and will return them to you.
Postal return via DHL - Germany
You can return the goods to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt within Germany.
Simply log in to your ayen user account in the online shop. You can view all your ordered items under "Orders". Display the order you would like to return in full or in part, select "Request return" and enter a reason for your return.
With the confirmation of the return notification, you will receive an e-mail in which you can create and print out a return label for your parcel. You can drop off your parcel at any German DHL branch or parcel shop.
Postal return - foreign countries (everything except Germany)
You can return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt. Please always use the following address:

Personal returns at our ayen store in Munich
In addition to returning your order by post, you can also return it in person to our ayen store in Munich (Kurfürstenstraße 5, 80799 Munich). Please bring the goods to be returned in the original packaging and the delivered documents (e.g. delivery note).
We will then check your return and if it is returned correctly, we will refund you the amount via the payment method you originally selected.
Returns for guest orders:
If you ordered as a guest within Germany, you can arrange your return here. Of course, the return shipment is also free of charge for you. Simply register with your order number (enter without "#", you will find the order number in the order confirmation you received from us by e-mail) and the e-mail address you used to place the order.

How can I exchange an item?
The exchange of items is currently only possible in person at our ayen store in Munich. We cannot automatically offset amounts in our online shop, so unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. However, you can choose to return the unwanted items to us and place a new order.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund the value of the goods we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer and will not be refunded. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you use the returns label provided by us for a return initiated within Germany (for returns please contact us via [email protected]). Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. We will collect goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. You must return or hand over goods that can be sent as parcels to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can be sent by parcel post and the goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately 150.00 EUR. Goods by the metre that have been specially cut for you are excluded from revocation.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
