All our clothes are Made in Europe. Using the following approaches, we try to do our part for a fair and sustainable fashion industry:

  • We know each of our producers & each production site personally
  • We stand for quality instead of quantity
  • We mainly use natural fibres such as cotton, linen, Tencel or similar for our clothing.
  • We try to do without plastic as far as possible (e.g. with our packaging).
  • We produce small and limited collections to avoid mass and overproduction
  • We rely on short and environmentally friendly delivery routes through Made in Europe
  • We create timeless and classic designs that can be worn for more than one season

Our ayen collections are always limited, so the general rule is: first come, first serve. However, we offer you the possibility to sign up for a "back in stock" notification, should something come back. Just enter your email address in the notification window on the respective product page and we will inform you as soon as the item is available again in the store. If and when items will be available again, we can not tell you in advance. If the notification entry is not possible due to technical reasons, you can always contact our ayen customer service at [email protected].

You can pay with credit card, instant bank transfer or PayPal.

From time to time there may be delays due to overloads. Therefore, please give our system a few minutes. From time to time mails can also end up in spam. Please also check your spam folder and make sure that your mailbox is not full and that the e-mail you entered was correct. If you still haven't received an email within 24 hours about the receipt of your order, please contact our ayen customer service at [email protected] and specify your data and the items you ordered. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

All our deliveries to you are insured and therefore have a tracking link. You will find this in your shipping confirmation, which we have sent to the e-mail address you provided. There you can track your shipment. Unfortunately, we have no further influence on the delivery process of our shipping partner DHL. If your package has not arrived after 10 days, please contact our customer service by e-mail at [email protected].

Think before you print! For the sake of the environment, we completely dispense with printed invoices. Nevertheless, you will receive your invoice directly by e-mail after your order. If this is not the case and you still want to receive your invoice, please contact our ayen customer service by e-mail at [email protected]. They will be happy to send you your digital invoice by e-mail.


You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days (14 days) without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods. insofar as you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NP Media GmbH, Kurfürstenstraße 5, 80799 Munich, e-mail address: [email protected] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.

How can I return an item?

You can return the goods within 14 days after receipt to us at your own expense. For this, the goods must be in perfect, unworn and undamaged original condition including hangtags and labels. Please also include your delivery bill in the returns parquet, so that we can assign and process your return. If the delivery bill is not enclosed with your return package, we will not be able to assign your return and therefore not be able to process it. 

Please remember that a lot of love and work goes into every product. Therefore, please be especially careful when trying on the clothes with regard to make-up stains or other possible soiling. Should the goods show stains or other damage upon return, we unfortunately cannot accept the goods and will return them to you.

Personal return in our ayen Store Munich
In addition to returning your order by mail, you also have the option of returning it in person to our ayen store in Munich (Kurfürstenstraße 5, 80799 Munich). Please take the goods to be returned in the original packaging and the delivered documents (e.g. delivery bill) with you.

We will then check your return and if it is returned correctly, we will refund you the amount via the payment method you originally selected.

Return for guest orders:

If you have ordered as a guest within Germany, you can arrange your return here and return the package to us at your own expense. To do this, please simply log in with your order number (enter without "#", you will find the order number in the order confirmation that you received from us by e-mail) and your e-mail address with which you completed the order.

How can I exchange an item?

The exchange of items is not possible. However, you are always welcome to choose the way to return the unwanted items to us and place a new order.

Please note the following for your return:

-Please send the items in the original packaging and with your delivery bill including a bill on which parts you want to return.

- In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please enclose the delivery note.

- Packages sent freight collect (packages that are not prepaid) cannot be accepted by ayen and will be returned to you at your expense.

- Important: Keep the consignment note from the consignor until the purchase price is refunded.
